I think it's probably their worst closer.  I wouldn't vote for it this soon, though, not until a couple more go first, but perhaps that's the reason.  Closers and openers are really important, so if one isn't that great it's easy to be really pissed about it.

Anniversary is the best track on the album and one of the band's best cuts. But shouldn't have been the closer. It either should be in the spot it is in, or would've worked well as a secret song. Moana is probably their worst, or tied for their worst, closer though.
