There are songs with really great moments in the bridge or breakdown of some songs.

To name a few: Minerva, WGTB, Korea, Smile, Passenger. Name your favorites.

I think lately they've been kind of lazy when writing, I mean, even when the Minerva bridge is the same from the intro and even the outro, it gives the song such a really great feeling but there are many songs that it's just the same structure and it feels like.. boring or nothing too special.
To name few (imo), TPID (I like the song but I feels it's lacking that bridge to make it even catchier), Rubicon also is great but it feels it needed another kind of bridge to not stay in the same riffs for verse / chorus.

So, what are the best for you and why?

Yes yes, Deftones, yes yes, heavy metal, yes yes, nü metal, yes yes, fucking queer, yes yes...

Best bridge : Korea, from far...

If ignorance is bliss, then knock the smile off my face.

RaptureWS

Korea, Lotion, Royal. Also, Cherry Waves. Abe's insanity coupled with Frank's beauty launching back into the chorus gets me every time.
When people whisper it makes her nervous.

You're too tired, you chose heaven
Over the earth and me
So come on, please
I hate White Pony.

BIG +1 For Root. Chino's yell in that song was the moment I became a lifelong Deftones fan.

Indeed. That moment is just everything.

Korea, WGTB, Battle-axe with that sound sea you just dive in. Also gotta love Frank's effects on the bridge of Digital Bath.

Always loved that death metal bit in Rats. Sounds like a titan waking up and surfacing.

Root ending is hands down one of the best things they've ever written.

BewareTheWater

The one from Prince is bone shattering.
