Do the birds symbolize the Gore cover? and the garbage is them saying that the album was bad or the new album?

yes. i don't think he helps their writing whatsoever, and they don't need help with that. but he records it so well. turns out sounding awesome on cd (gore is fine writing, bad production, doesn't sound right loud). bring back Mr. Date

For real. Unpopular opinion here, but to be honest I think Gore had better songs than Koi No Yokan and definitely Diamond Eyes. What brought it down was the lackluster production. I hope they remaster it one day like they did the old albums.
