Now it seems when i log into SL it is not updated, in other words the same posts from 3 days ago still stand as new,and no new posts register on my page, even when i try to make new posts.did i clarify my problem clearly?

YES! Redudancy is a perfect way to describe the flaws of this board. So now that you have recognized my REDUNDANCY can you offer any suggestions?  :D ???
