I consider the fact that i didn't know about this forum until now, but oh well, better late than never i guess.
I'm norwegian, 20 years old, and been a fan of Deftones for about nine years.
I bought Deftones' self-titled album back in 2003 when i was eleven years old, simply because i thought the artwork looked cool.
I had never heard metal before, let alone music with electric guitars as i grew up with my father's jazz collection.
The album completely blew me away, and Deftones has been my favourite band even to this day.
Hi dude :)

Welcome braincleaner. I liked your telling of your first Deftones experience.
Have fun!

Could you recommend any Norwegian jazz?
I would recommend a double bass player named Arild Andersen, he has released lots of great and diverse
"Hyperborean"

"A Song i used to play"

Also, i would greatly recommend another norwegian jazz musician named Bugge Wesseltoft, he is amazing at playing the piano
