Man, I sure wish I could go. One of my biggest concert regrets is never seeing ISIS live... But it's on the other side of the country :(

Between work and family life, there's no way I could swing it. Plus the cost of the flight and hotel and everything? I've got more important things to spend my money on. Though if I were single and without a kid I'd probably do it.

So no one else from here is going ?
Or maybe this board is just too dead....                ???

Just take a few days off work, you're entitled to vacation no? I guess the mother is out of the picture, since she can't take care of the kid herself for a couple of days because fuck your happiness right? what about the grandparents? all gone too? being a single dad sucks.

I don't get too many vacations. My wife/the mother is still around, but there's just higher priorities than traveling across the country for one show. I wouldn't be able to justify the cost to myself when we have bills to pay. Though I wish I could have swung it.
