I've been listening to The Sword a lot lately.  Awesome driving music with constant riffs.

Sweet fuckin band. Saw them live with Clutch last year and they were awesome.

I need to get some stuff by The Sword, I'd like to get familiar with some songs before I see them with Metallica. Where should I start? Freya is the only song I've heard so far.

Haha me too, I don't have any of their stuff on CD or anything but they were pretty wicked when I saw em.

why?

new Gojira is pretty solid.

damn good album. the vocals threw me a bit off at first, but overall very listenable start to finish.

Holy shit, I just found an awesome band.  Anyone heard of The Axis of Perdition?  They are inspired by Lovecraft and SILENT HILL!  It's black metal with industrial and ambient sounds.  Good, creepy shit.  If anyone else knew of them I'm just jumping on the boat.  Also, Pulsefear is their ambient side project that is pretty badass too.  Whodunit?, you wanted some good funeral, this is close in feeling.
