I agree with Jacob.

King Animal gets more interesting with each listen. Lots of layers and none of songs have single-potential (except Been Away Too Long). Sure, it's not Badmotorfinger, but it's still a ballsy record.

Glad I gave this a bit more time than the first "impartial" listen that I had. I would normally go "meh" and leave it at that.

I'm now finding it a pretty steller album as a whole (except for maybe one filler in "Halfway There" which sounds to me like they needed one more, and Cornell delved into his solo crap)...

One of the better reunion albums I've heard.
