that gig with Pearl Jam is truly amazing. also, I really like the album he did with Pearl Jam as backing musicians. my dad has always listened to a lot of Neil Young, so I heard it while grewing up.
pray nightfall release me
then i could wander, wander to deep sleep

I've been listening to On the beach religiously lately. One of the best records ever made!

I heard some of his classics a number of years ago but I never actually listened to his album Harvest until now.  So many great and classic songs, plus the others are really enjoyable after a few listens too.  I just love the vibe of this, something so calming about it.  Neil Young has such a unique and cool voice.  Many of these songs make me nostalgic.  Such great, memorable songwriting and melodies.
