I have heard some pretty shitty things about macs.  Especially in the realm of customer service if some shit goes wrong with your computer.


try a new mac; i bet it will change your opinion about it.

customer service, like everything, depends on who you ask. just 'cause you hear 2 or 3 people say it sucks, doesn't make it so. take sony for example; people swear they have the worst customer service anywhere, yet i've never had a single problem with them.

still should've bought a mac. BUH.

I bought a sony a couple months ago.  I think one from either the Z or TT series.  It's pretty small.

i try to buy as much sony stuff as i can. in my personal experience, they've been the most reliable products i've ever owned.

still should've bought a mac though.

ha.  I was looking at Sony TVs.  But fuckers are SOOO expensive compared to some others.
