Bless you for pointing it out. Wow, so it definitely was a recording of Hearts/Wires. Seriously, what an incredible intro, I can't wait to hear that song, the intro alone is phenomenal.

that's definitely very different to what we're used to from them.. slides/delays.. rosemary-esque... but very chill... I feel like.. if that's the intro, that it'll just explode....

Good point. The beginning sounds like it's building up to something, but towards the end it does sound like it's winding down, so we'll have to wait and see. It'll be interesting to see how the full song is, it's really impossible to gauge the sound of the whole song from such a small clip.

Listening to that clip again, it sounds like it, can kind of hear the same noise in the very beginning of it. Interesting how the mood seems to shift between those two clips, looks to be a very exciting song. Funny, when I first heard the minor hype and descriptions of Hearts/Wires, I wasn't particularly bothered. I was mostly excited about the more dark-sounding songs (as they were described). But ever since the intro was posted on Vimeo by whoever it was who recorded it at their show, I think I've been most looking forward to hearing this.
