sorry, I'm under the belief that the metal scene is where to find the best breakdowns. anything by Acacia Strain, ion Dissonance, After the Burial are prime examples.

it is where to find the best breakdowns..it's pretty much where they're used.

but a breakdown doesn't always have to be heavy...if you can understand that. speaking of which, here's a couple of my favorites.
