if i do come back i'll definitely pop into illinois to see family. i so very badly want to go to boston and philly. oh, and texas too! i have to be careful not to get depressed this time. i didn't really have a good time on my last trip.

where's your family at over here? are they originally from down under?

my mum's sister lives in illinois with her family. she was living in malta before that for several years because her husband worked on a boat. she came to australia for a holiday several years ago. it must have made an impression on her because she wants to move here. i also have two uncles that live in california. my entire family has a history of moving around a lot.
