1. The initiative of creating and playing music is always one of the most wonderful things a person can do (at least in my book).
2. Your band does sound like most of the bands when they start to play some sort of an alternative rock. It's not a bad thing, but I cannot hear nothing that would distinguish you from other teenage garage bands.

Keep it up, stay young and try to write something personal yet not angsty

Yeah man I agree with what you're saying, the whole band is just something to kill time really, but I feel like I've outgrown it a tad. It is a very minimalistic style, I'd much prefer to do a trent reznor but I dont have that kind of money
