I always try to watch the original  first to see how it was supposed to be.  However, from reading about Grudge 2 it seems that they took the story in a different direction intentionally.  Have you seen the original Grudge (Ju-On)?

Azwethinkweiz

^yeah. ive seen the original. found it pretty boring to be honest and the ending was silly.

Scream and Halloween H20 were on TV tonight.

Scream is still an entertaining flick. Stu is awesome. (8.5/10)

H20 is definitely one of the better sequels in the series (the first and second are ofcourse the best). Myers is pretty creepy in this one. (6.5/10)

What about  "The BigFoot Adventures", collecting 3 classic bigfoot horrors spanning nearly 2 decades in a hard to find collection including:

1. Bigfoot In Space (1972)
2. Bigfoot Alcoholic (1980)
3. Bigfoot: Porn Star (1994)

Rawhead Rex, based on a short story by Clive Barker.  Good shit.  Speaking of which, how about the Hellraiser series?  Gotta love Pinhead and the other Cenobite buddies.

Yes we are aware that you enjoy bigfoot movies.  How about The Legend of Boggy Creek then?

don't listen to azwethink...LHOTL is fucking great. brutal realism is how i would describe it. that will be a super fun double feature.

Azwethinkweiz

but...it's just impossible to look past the horrendous acting.

Angel Heart is such an underrated movie.

Last night I watched an older movie.. "Pet semetary" and it kinda freaked me out... It's interesting how only horror movies that can actually scare me are made from Stephen King's novels... ("IT" and "Pet Semetary")
...never trust the obvious...

Azwethinkweiz

pet semetary is freaky as hell.
when the kid goes crazy at the end...damn.
