This thread could use a bump.

My pops and I saw Mose Allison the other night @ Blues Ally in Georgetown, DC.  I honestly haven't had that much fun at a show in a while.  He's a fantastic musician at 63 years of age, and played for about 2 1/2 hrs.  Its always awesome to see someone just completely vibe with the music.

Cowboy Bebop OST 3 Blue - Road to the West

I already have some Bohren & der Club of Gore but I was looking for something that isn't as dark as them or have long songs. Anyone have anything they would recommend i should check out?

Ow! - Dizzy Gillespie/James Moody/Gene Harris/Ray Brown/Grady Tate

Dizzy Gillespie, one of the greates trumpeter in the history of jazz, very innovative in its time, and considered the creator of bebop.

give a chance and listen to it.
