currently on their MySpace, is it safe to expect a new song next? Considering that the song upload limit is six and the next album being their sixth, it makes sense to me.
hmmm...good point. they have one from each right now. it's possible.
it's possible . . . in about a year. they wouldn't release an unmixed/mastered song...
i don't think deftones are this clever lol and i wreckon it's chino who's updating myspace at the moment...
not going to happen. only after the album release.

Haha, so true. But nice observation... I can only hope. :)
Weren't both "Beware" and "Hole In The Earth" both put on their myspace before the release?
like a week before, I believe.
HITE was late august 06...i think a rough version of beware (which was basically the version on the album lol) might have been up before. it was up for like a day though.
yeah. that´s true. And they ruined the whole experience...
Beware that was up for a day or so in early 06 was better than the album version.
rapture went up too before. i remember i couldnt sleep the night before because i wanted to hear it so badly. then it sucked.
I remember downloading Beware from limewire the day after I saw them in Oslo, that was the 16th of June 06.
it could be...
Dont expect anything man
who knows... it might happen.. but it would ruin everything...

Here is the demo version of Beware that was up on their myspace page. From what I remember it was only up for a short time like an hour or two. Most people would have missed it if it hadn't been ripped and shared.

That's a very good point. Hearing Rapture and Beware live beforehand was a bad move on my part. I'm not going to make that mistake again.

Pure shit... Bob Ezin was drunk or something when he thought he mastered that song... I remember getting beware right when they uploaded it. I still like it, just, ugh...
