Title: War Movies
Post by: whodunit? on Jan 04, 2009, 02:18 PM
Although I'm a pacifist rather than this whole army thing I just love war movies, especially those about WWII as they show an important and interesting piece of history.

I just got through the whole BAND OF BROTHERS for like 5th time and it's still my fav one. I'm excited about THE PACIFIC, a similar series but, as you may easily guess, about the war on the pacific.

What about you? Do you like war movies? If so which one?

Yeah Band of Brothers is awesome especially if you play Call of Duty.

I'm also a big WW2 fanatic.

Cross of Iron and Der Untergang (Downfall) would be my two favs.

I just found out about this thread recently, and I've been a fan of war movies since before i can remember.  Probably stretches back into my past life/lives, but I won't go into that in this thread, or any thread for that matter lol...

Anywho, I think I've seen every war movie mentioned in this thread.  But, like the creator/first poster of this thread, I am also kindof pacifistic. lol  :P
