Yup, so the topic of my MA is "The picture of a new yorker based on movies" - something like that.

I need the list of movies about new york or people living there.

i would include wall street, requiem for a dream, working girl, copland, big, midnight cowboy and any neil simon or woody allen film (almost)

there are musicals like new york new york and on the town too

i would also explore the wealth of sports movies about new york teams as well
