New favorite non-South Park show. I'd only seen a few episodes here and there up until recently, and I just started watching the shit out of it. I can't get enough of the show or the CDs, shit is funny as hell and the musicianship is also amazing. Your thoughts, plz.
They make fun of metal in their lyrics, yet the actual music is soooo good. Great show. Obviously the Dr. Rockzo is brilliant, but their manager is easily my favorite character.
Also the subtle band references. Like them eating at the Dimmu Burger or seeing St. Necrophagist Hospital.
I saw Dethklok live last year with Mastodon and Converge, which was good. It was kind of like the Gorillaz how they pretty much created live music videos.
godd show, haven't watched it in years though. i only saw the first 2 seasons
