What everyone's favourite Deftones song to play on their instrument.
Mine is "My own summer" on electric guitar it was one of the first songs I learnt and even though it's one of their simpler songs it sounds awesome and its really fun to play its super bouncy.plus you don't need expensive effects just crank up the distortion.
The riff in MOS is fun as hell to play. But when I learned Hexagram, and played that chorus through, it was impossible not to get whiplash from how hard i was thrashing. SUCH a fun song to play man.
My Own Summer and Rocket Skates on guitar.
They're two of those songs that are fun and pleasure to the fingers to play.
My own summer, Headup, Elite, Engine are my favorites songs to play on the guitar
For me itd be birthmark, simple i know but it hits pretty hard still.
I like to play Hexagram on my guitar.
'Birthmark', All of 'Around the Fur' (I pretty much learned how to play guitar with this album), 'Knife Prty', 'Battle-Axe', 'Rapture', 'Rocket Skates', 'Sextape', 'Leathers'... There's so many I love to play.

to the the guitar in tools stinkfist which is also fun.
Yeah MOS and Hexagram are definitely fun to play. Legendary riffs!
Currently mine would be Kimdracula - Stef's talent right there, BQAD-style : a monkey could play it, but you never get bored of hearing it.

MOS , Mascara , rickets (great riff) , digital bath
and Bqad for sure
For people who plays Bqad , what effects do you using for the intro?
Rx queen on guitar because its the only song I can play -_-
I forgot how to play it, but I did "Anniversary of An Uninteresting Event" on piano a few years ago. Right now, though, love doing "Be Quiet And Drive" and "Sextape" on electric guitar.

Yes yes, Sextape ! Really nice and smooth riff to play. Kind of like the one from Beauty School.
From DE, let's mention YSTB : even though i cant match the actual 8 string tone, the chord progression is killer. Groovy baby.
I agree every time i pick up a guitar i end up playing those little riffs from sextape and beauty school
