Some guys I know, really close friends of my brother who used to be the drummer. I liked them more before the singer they have now...but I'll put them out there, hopefully someone likes them.

They are fucking awesome live, they recorded the tracks at Spider Studios, same garage Chimaira records their cds.

These guys opened for Team Sleep when they toured the US earlier this year.

I saw em back in May. I loved the show they put on.

Great band. No vocals, really mellow stuff, yet still heavy.

Little band from Finland called Callisto, play the post rock/metal/hardcore shindig ie: Cult Of Luna, Isis. More mellow bits though I reckon.

Archive is probably my favorite band right now. I've been listening to them for quite a while, I'm not sure if US had the chance to hear this fantastic band. Their greatest song "Again" is higly influenced by Pink Floyd and does a wonderful job.

//www.myspace.com/birdpen
Dave Pen is/was the new singer for Archive. He's in this band. Weird but I like it.

true just a tad stereotypical, and blates norma jean rip offs.  Blates wanna get their album just so I have it.  need to get the BMTH stuff and the Penknife Love Life stuff too :P

But OMGZZZ how awfull is blessed by a broken heart, I mean like look at their pictures.  Their just trying to combine everyhting that is currently cliche/cheesy, and everything that was once clich/cheesy, into one band.

And goatse has it on his profile *gag*

No I didn't.  Sam made friends with keiran on the myspace emo forum.  I quite like them.  Have you downloaded their bootlegged set?  Them and us might be doing a little tour thing sometime this year apparently (according to sam) whereby they get us a few gigs up north/scotland, and we've gotta get them a few gigs down south.

some of my best friends. very progressive and very fucking metal. these are some really rough cuts that are about a year old though. the music is now much tighter and mature doesnt do these guys justice by a longshot, but you should check it out if you like original music.
