Title: Lavation (of the Glaucous Tortoise)
Post by: occipudding on Dec 13, 2007, 09:06 PM
Coriander coquette
How I loved you
A gentle spasm with angel breath
A muzzle with the morning dew
Neruda and butane--and we'd watch the sun sink into the sea
And on your wings, I could touch the clouds through the trees
And now I'm gone
Gone--and I feel like a wonderless soul
And I tremble like a dove in giant's hands
Slender, cloudy fingers
Sweeping through my hair
The aura of which still pluck through every strand
Churning in synodic,
You slink and I secrete
Unclasp my hand
Unlatch this letch before me

i wrote this maybe a month, month and a half ago.  it's about quitting smoking weed.

wonderful. and thank you.

i like, "you slink and i secrete"
and, "a muzzle with the morning dew"
and, "a gentle spasm", & "i tremble like a dove in giant's hands".

i like your style cause its starkinly close to my own!
