but i dealt so i actually paid about 4000 for a pound (250 an ounce) and sold ounces for 350

there has to be sort of public intoxication law. I know drinking in public changes from state to state, city to city.
Also I dont see pot ever being legalized until police would have some sort of standardized way to measure the level of your intoxication ( similar to the Blood alcohol level ) Because they for sure would have to tac on some sort of DUI clause to the legalization of Marijuana. So pretty much, if you really want pot to be legal. You should be working on such a system. You would make bank too seeing as how every police department would have to buy one. I have heard of similar programs. But from what I understand they only detect the presence of THC, not quantity. Get crackin on it

yeah, but there's pretty much a limit as to how fucked up you can get from weed. i mean it's obviously not safe for everyone to drive when they're super blazed (excluding me), but there couldn't ever be like a detox or whatever.

The Government trialed a 'spit test' here and it was very unreliable. It pretty much took a saliva test and this was able to give back an immediate level of THC. I took it and passed (and I smoke every day) and a friend of mine failed who last had a smoke two weeks ago. Since they were trialing it, you couldn't get prosecuted.
Since thc stays in your system for so long (couple of months or something), it was way to hard to determine how under the influence you really are.
But the fact is...who the hell wants to go out when you're high. Its the whole reason delivery people exsist.
That's what im saying man. If you could be the guy who finally came up with a standardized and reliable system to determine the level of intoxication by individuals who recently smoked marijuana. You would make bank. And you would make a giant leap forward for the legalization of marijuana. You would be like high times man of the millennium.
