Uhm...none of those are zombie movies. They're virus flicks.
Anyways, my top favorites include:
Night of the Living Dead
Day of the Dead
Dawn of the Dead
Cemetery Man
The Beyond
Shaun of the Dead
Re-Animator
Night of the Living Dead, of course
and..... I like a lot Resident Evil (The first movie, when the zombies are really the enemies, and they are really... zombies, scary)

uh yeah, a virus that turns humans into zombies!
You tell that artsy fag, Erik! Just kidding, theis..haha.
hey I didn't mind Undead! TRIPLE BARRELED SHOTGUN! that alone made the movie cool.
Hell yeah on "Undead" I thought that movie was damn good for the budget they had... and yes i know i know "Zombie strippers!" is a B-Movie but it was fun and had tits and blood.... Just sayin. :D The first return of the living dead wasn't bad..... I like the 28 days/months later movies... Althought they aren't really zombie flicks they do still have the spirit of a good zombie flick... Lol.
Oh yeah.... DEAD ALIVE. Before Peter Jackson wanted to live in middle earth. Lol :)

While I was reading the beginning of your post I was thinking of Braindead/Dead Alive, fucking feeling the Ether on that one, man.
On a side note, is it just me or are zombies becoming just another trend? Everyone I know likes zombies now. Maybe they're just THAT cool.

I do agree with you sir... I've been REALLY into Zombie flicks (Like i said i've got over 100 DVD's of them) Since my dad showed my Dawn of the Dead when i was a kid... So for me they really are THAT cool. Lol. But.... I do think that people are now just trying to make mad $$$$ off of it or really trying to make art flicks with it. (nothing wrong with that) But i think a lot of the new movies are losing sight of what makes these movies good. They're campy, fun, GORY movies that just draw you in and sometimes still have some good points to them as far as a message.... But maybe i'm reading to deep into this. :-\ I don't know. I have all these zombie flicks and 90% of the old ones are great but only like 50% (If that) of the new ones are good.... Oh yeah... So last night my friend let me borrow ZOMBIE PORN! No joke like hard core + Gore. Lol. It was nuts. It's called "Re-Penatrator" ;D Pretty damn funny and fucked up... best line "Lick my zombie pussy" Lol. funny shit.
deadgirl...
Zombi 2, Fido, Les Revenants (french) and, even though it was cheesy, it was a good ZOMBIE flick - Dance of the Dead.

Haven't seen these, but they sound great. Are they?
Tokyo Zombie was terrible.
Sars Wars Bangkok Zombie Crisis was maybe the worst movie I've ever seen. I couldn't even make it past 20 minutes.

Just watched Flight of the Living Dead and it wasn't bad. There were some funny parts, random, impressive fx, and a kind of 80's zombie flick vibe to it. I'll watch the other two and let you know.

Lol I thought it was fucking hilarious! It gets better!
Zombieland looks promising. Woody Harrelson kicking zombie ass? Count me in.
I second that!
I agree about Zombieland. Woody Harrelson in general should be in a lot more movies.
Zombieland looks so funny ;D Looking forward to see it with my GF this friday
Zombieland is getting rave reviews...
I can't believe the reviews it's getting. Rotten Tomatoes has it at 95% now! I really hope it lives up to these reviews, because now I have to see ASAP.
I think zombieland looks like shit.
Like...if Shaun of the Dead were written by the Scary Movie faggots.
Zombieland does look badass. Anyone seen Fido? Its kinda slow, but worth watching.
Yeah, funny movie. Reminds of the vibe I got from Stubbs the Zombie.
Zombieland was fucking great for anyone still wondering. I'd definitely go watch it again. Hilarious, gory, and somewhat tense at parts, and the cameo was perfect.
Bought and watched Tokyo Zombie today. Pretty funny with that typical, offbeat Japanese humor.
Zombieland definitely did feel so much like a zombie movie. It was odd. It definitely seemed to be more about the characters. Fortunately they were entertaining and very funny. I'd consider this a comedy first and zombie movie second.

I agree man, I saw it last night, and enjoyed it. But it definitely had more of a comedy feel (especially the cameo); there was nothing scary at all about it. Nothing like Shaun, but was worth seeing.

i haven't seen it yet bt i'm dying to.
i read and interview with woody harrelson saying that he hates horror movies and only did the movie because it was more of a comedy/character movie that had zombies in it. he also said if there really were zombies he would be in a corner crying. :)
1. 28 Days Later
2. Dawn of the Dead
3. Braindead
4. Day of the Dead
5. Evil Dead
