Who else is following the olympics? I'm super stoked for the hockey and curling tournament. I'm currently getting ready for the Norway - Canada hockey game. Who will win, i wonder...
me too dude! i watched curling in the 06 olympics and fell in love with the sport. i really don't get why, but it is so damn entertaining.
as for hockey, canada is such a huge favorite it's ridiculous. they are STACKED.

I already bought a case of beer for tonight's hockey match, Finland - Belarus. Hockey's the main event for me but ski jumping and cross-country skiing is interesting too. And curling's fun too, watched Canada - Norway game last night.

Shaun White is badass. My kids like watching the snowboarding,and my daughter told me that snowboarding is " soo not lame" haha I'm ready to see America go against Canada Sunday...though I don't they can pull of that win. If they do it will be amazing.
I really think the USA team is underated. Very skilled, fast and goaltending is great. Last nights hockey was pretty epic, two games that end in shootouts. Canada had to squeeze one out, had me worried those damn swiss.

Broduer was really sloppy in that game, hopefully Luongo can restore some confidence in this team. Not saying we played bad (45 shots, probably outchanced USA 2:1) but Miller played really well. Congrats...

oh there is so much more strategy to it than that!! actually, the men's US team is so bad i'm considering starting my own team. I've already got a few dudes in on it.
I think I should start training...seriously...I'm a cleaning machine and I could soo clear off the ice to make that granite slide further! That shit's on my tv screen now...aargh!!!! I like the hockey,skiing and snowboarding events.

I've alway's kinda watched hockey now and then,my best friend is Canadian so she is all about hockey,but she has season tickets to the Predators and we went and ever since I love it!!! I'll be seeing the Canucks in about 2 weeks.
Very nice, I bet the seasons tickets aren't very expensive either. The preds aways seem to make the playoffs too.
Theres a waiting list in Toronto for seasons tickets, and we're in Last place. I think we need another team in this market.

Today started well. Finland won Czech Republic and Sweden got kicked out! :D
well sweden beat finland the last olympics with 3-2 and now this time with 3-0. you finns dont care about going far in tournaments, u just want to beat sweden, which u cant. read it and weep sauce :)
Vonn got DQ'd for straddling the gate (ooh la la), sucks though the US is now 2 for 2 for downhill flameouts in the olympics! (though to be fair, lindsey did win 2 medals and was skiing with injuries)
excited to see the speedskating relay and the hockey this weekend. i wish i lived in a socialist country during every olympics so i could get great coverage. NBC is really sucking the life out of these events. Canada has 3, count em 3, channels devoted to 24/7 coverage all live all events. i knew that socialism had some kind of an advantage.

Last nights speed racing,when Apollo touched that guy and he fell was crap. I'm sorry I just don't think his touch made that guy fall. I think he was gonna go down anyways around that curve. But oh well...he's got enough medals anyways I guess.

I irritates me that Pretty Boy Crosby gets all the credit for winning the gold when he didn't really do jack the rest of the tourney. I was praying Jack Johnson would just board him into smithereens during that game.
