Absolutely no details yet. Other than a UK tour in November.
They better not only tour in the UK.
I hope some gigs in Spain too!!!!!!!!! :'(
Mainland Europe as well.
;)
excellent news
BUT
i can't be fucked with this UKU shit again. Last time, the tickets didn't go on sale when they fucking said they would, and then they spontaneously came online, thank fuck I was refreshing that shit like the crazed fan boy I am.
My bets are on Brixton. I'll be there, at the front, with a beer :D . . . Will try and hit Amsterdam again too if they are there..

I wasn't referring to you. Expressing your desire for their to come to your town on a message board is fine.
Commenting directly on the band's facebook that you want them to visit your home town is not fine.
Just my opinion.

haha and my show is the only one in November where Coheed & Cambria is not supporting. Can't really say that's a good thing, since Coheed is a kickass live band. Good for me Tilburg isn't far from me.
Yes Tilburg!

Really pleased about this. Been wanting to see Coheed for a while now, really suprised they're supporting to be honest, they're a pretty big band on their own and sold out Astoria a while back.
Will definately be hitting Brixton, just hope tickets dont sell out too quick as need to discuss with some mates.

HOLY SHIIIIIIIIT!
the presale for the UK gigs has started on http://store.ukundercurrent.com (http://store.ukundercurrent.com)
£30.00 for the Brixton show? I was going to buy one for my friend as well but there was no way I could afford two tickets...
€40 for the German shows? Get to fuck.
Got excited for a moment as the Ticketalarm from Eventim said the Cologne show was on a Sunday which would be better for me, but it was a mistake. Damn, why no show anywhere on the Saturday night that i could reach easily??
Just got a ticket for the Leeds UK show off of O2 Priority.
Face value is 25 squids.
seems like the prices got higher everywhere!
I'm also shocked about the 40€ for Cologne.
and Coheed will be supporting in Cologne and Hamburg, despite the offical announcement

Same here. Just going to London myself. Then a trip to Berlin the following month to see 'em there. Travel from the Southwest to Birmingham or anywhere else for a second date just makes it too awkward, may as well make a holiday out of it !
Good idea!
I always had a plan of doing that, but I have to hand my thesis in not so long after to so I have to be a tad careful! Enjoy it though!

Yeah I know. £30 for a London ticket. that's even overpriced for London!
Those prices are normal, the last deftones tour was way too cheap to enjoy the fine art of deftones music.
It is a bit over the top price wise :P But i will still want to go to the London show haha 8)
Come on guys, I see some exageration there. I mean There's more air than money in my wallet but I really think that's still pretty cheap. Big bands are usually asking for way more than that.
Yeah, I was thinking the same.
The price is fair with me.
Ive got my tickets to Brum, chose Brum as its on a Saturday and the Soton acoustics are really bad i used to live there. Got the re-issued WP vinyl too for good measure and plush accomodation sorted, going all out this time

I really hope they don't bother, except maybe Beware. Don't start me on that album lol.
There are many great songs on that album that I'd love to hear live.
Beware, Cherry Waves, Xerces, Combat, Kimdracula, Riviere.
Actually I enjoyed Xerces when I heard that in Nottingham last time too. Chi had to do the high note though as Chino couldn't, which I thought was a tad lame. Hopefully he can do it now.
But generally material off their other albums is stuff that I enjoy live more.
Riviere is just epic.

That is the ticket agency used by the actual venue, so it's safe to assume it is OK.
link? The columbiahalle website ( www.columbiahalle.de/ (http://www.columbiahalle.de/) ) just links to ticketmaster doesn't it? they don't have tickets. please disclose the link for the actual venue which you speak of oh wise one.

Fuck in my hometown!!!
Paris as expected... they never skip Paris.. :) Count me in for that date !
I bet some more french dates are coming up... maybe one more up to the north close to Lille for exp... who will tell....
Just red on the 013 website that Tilburg will be the only date in Holland, a bit strange since they played alsmost always anAmterdam date.
But overall.. the tour seems almost complete.
just received my tickets for the Luxemburg show !!!

Hey, I can't wait to see Deftones at Brixton next week! I was just wondering if there was any way of meeting them before or after the show? Would be sweet to meet them! :) Also what have the sets been like recently?
Check out the live guide for the sets... But since it's an all-new tour, and Chino talked about playing the whole White Pony live for its 10th anniversary, expect a re-arranged setlist.

i would be surprised if they play WP the whole way through they are still promoting DE and havent played a full WP set in the US recently despite it being the 10th yr
Yes but Chino talked about playing White Pony IN THE UK. :)
They have a day off before the Brixton show. They might practice playing White Pony. It's a wish anyway
If that happens, I'd be a sad sad panda not to be able to attend it.... :-\
I might actually take a spare pair of pants just in case they do play the whole of WP. Because I might actually piss my pants. Like I've said before, if they do it, it'l be at the Brixton show.
I reckon they might to Back To School instead of Pink Maggit though.

Best chance would be to go wait outside the doors from about lunch time. Sound check will be somewhere around 4 in the afternoon - they'll be about from after lunch time I reckon, depending on whether they have press commitments etc.

That possibility popped up in my mind too... That would suck so bad...
But maybe they'll go the re-edited version way. You know: Back to School, Feiticeira, etc., to Pink Maggit and, who knows, The Boy's Republic.
Or maybe they'll go the " usual " way and screw the crowd with Back to School instead of Pink Maggit...

There seems to be curfews everywhere atm in the UK. I saw Dillinger last week in London and the gig finished by 9:30pm!

Same shit here. Don't think I've ever been that excited about a concert. Even though I already saw Deftones twice this year.
I'm off now, see you guys there.
Killer gig! Chino's vocals was shit hot!
Only downer was it was the same damn set list as the night before... After all the interviews, hype etc I expected something extra special!
Anyway, as always awesome!
Yeah was the same set list as previous nights. A little disappointed tbh. Also, was it just me or did most of the crowd seem either old (in their 30's) or really young. I'm sure I saw a few people who looked about 50 lol.
I agree that Chino's vocals were great but I dunno, I feel tonight was missing something... What happened to deciding on the set list like an hour before the gig starts? They used to do that when they were touring to promote SNW. And I agree with something Zane Lowe said on the radio yesterday; that I feel like the band are now really 'tight', same set list every night etc. I missed some of that 'looseness' like previous times I've seen them. Meh, I'm a little drunk it's hard to explain...
In a selfish way Im glad they didnt do anything special as I would have been gutted to miss it. ;D
Well I'll be at Nottingham tomorrow, let's see if they do the same set again lol

whats the matters with having older people there, im 26 by the way, it just seems a random thing, as if you are suggesting that older tones fans shouldnt be at the gig
lol I never said there was a problem you old man :P I just thought the atmosphere last night was, different to any other Deftones gig I've been to. I felt like everyone was there just to hear them play Change and Back to School and were gutted when they didn't play the latter. I heard people when I was queuing outside saying they were only there to see Coheed...

The cheek! 30 is not old. Im also 26 and to behonest i would have thought the majority of long term deftones fans probably are around the 30's mark. After all deftones have been around for 22 years.
No, I never said there was anything wrong. I was just making an observation
London was good, nothing exceptional, imo. They just played Lhabia in Norwich, by the way. Fuckers.
EDIT: My bad, looks like they didn't. Fucking people on twitter.
I thought the London gig was amazing, But then it was my first time seeing them so i havent got anything to compare it to, I thought the crowd was pretty good for the most part aswell, Everyone were i was was into it pretty much the whole time
#10 for me tonight, absolutely cannot wait.
London gig was good. Not as good as most recent Amsterdam gig though... but this is probably down to me knowing the ins and outs of the setlist: Oh, curse of the fanboy!
The way they went straight from Rocket Skates - Around the Fur at the beginning was neat.
I was disappointed not to hear anything from SNW or self-titled (other than minerva and bloody cape, the latter being one of my highlights). I thought we would at least get Beware, or Hole in the Earth.
Thought it was a bit funny of Chino to say they were going to break out some different shit in an interview just a few days before, specifically mentioning London, then they stick to the exact same setlist they have been chugging for 2-3 months now.
They are such a tight show now, didn't pause for breath once except for the encore. Chino especially is so much more professional - he's really mastered his voice. No cancelled shows for a while now.... He screams like a motherfucker more and more every time I see him.... but it's all a bit too slick for me. I actually prefer the messiness and out-of-breath chino from the self-titled / SNW days - when he would run about the stage for a bit but would soon have to collapse onto his knees for tiredness. If it wasn't for me seeing the guys twice already this year I think I would have enjoyed it more... also could have been because I wasn't so drunk this time. All in all excellent gig though :P

Birmingham last night was brilliant , better performance than brixton imo. There was a LOT more energy with the band and they seemed to be in higher spirits, much more banter with the crowd and chino took a lot more time in between songs to chat shit. Hole in the Earth + Back to school were the only changes, in the place of Bloody Cape + one of the diamond eyes songs (i believe) .. The workout with Steph & Sergio was awesome too, reminded me of Sunn big time, atmospheric drone stuff with Sergio playing a very slow riff. First time I'd been to Birmingham, it's a shit lot smaller than Brixton I was surprised. Sound was also a lot better (though of course this could be down to where i was standing, wasn't as close last night)
Here's looking forward to another european tour in the spring! lol. :)
The Leeds gig was pretty good - reminded me of the band around 97.
Speaking of which, I'm 30 next year and it is definitely not old! Bearing in mind that a lot of new fans around the ATF period were 16/17 etc
