There probably wouldn't be a sound difference as the cd version wasn't that amazing to begin with it's not like a hd master.
Why would you want a FLAC version if you already got the CD?

lol he did it for the people who don't have the cd ,that team sleep cd can be had to find especially overseas so alot of people had to buy digital versions and I don't think lossless formats were offered.
