Me too. I wouldn't get my hopes up too high, though. I don't think they would premiere a new song at a festival. My guess would be that they do so when they hit the road again in July at the earliest, sadly.
Yeah, I doubt they'd play a new song for the first time at a festival, they'd probably prefer doing that at one of their own shows where most of the people are there for them. Then again, when they first played Rocket Skates, weren't they the opening act for someone else? Either way, it should be soon.

They did premiere Rocket Skates in Portland on the 2009's Slipknot/Deftones tour. They premiered Beware on the Taste of Chaos tour and premiered a couple of White Pony tracks through the Ozzfest. But I don't see them do that today.

Man! first pro-shot I've seen with KNY songs, Chino's voice was great, Sergio did an excellent job with backing vocals and screams... they didn't play new songs but it was a great show nonetheless.

Nah, man, I wasn't trying to sound like I was criticising you for it. I just mean that from all the Deftones fans I've seen, I think you have the highest expectations of them, so when they're not absolutely on top of their game, it's a big disappointment for you. So it's really awesome that they've played a show that you can see a lot of good stuff in.
And they played Sextape at the Santa Ana show, too.

Just finishing watching the Rock in Rio show. I love how Chino seems to have made it his New Year's resolution to fit in as many 'woo's as possible in every song, haha. Great show, though, it's nice seeing them back at it again. Kind of amazed that there's no Digital Bath or 7 Words, though, I thought they were going to be a part of the setlist for eternity. And anyone else notice Chino's guitar had a picture of Eazy E on it? That was random, I just noticed it near the end of Tempest.
Shame they didn't play Cherry Waves like they did at the show before this one, but they tend to play their more commercially popular songs at festivals I guess, so that's understandable.
Also, I wonder how hot Sergio gets in that hoody on stage. I know it's outside, but must be pretty damn hot.

I don't know if the sound didn't help a lot, but I barely can hear Stef's guitar and the show sounds kinda... wack... I'm glad they've played these songs, and forget for a moment 7 Words and Digital Bath, they should do the same with MOS and play another song like ATF, Lhabia, Mascara, Dai the Flu... even MX but give MOS a rest please!
So, it's good to finally see proshoot footage of KNY songs, but imho, maybe because of the sound, I think it's a weak performance; not compared to the last shows I've assisted last september here in Mexico. Those were totally insane, for sure.

That scream Chino was able to do on Passenger at 48 mins in was absolutely phenomenal, same goes for his scream at the end of Passenger.
Rocket Skates - i don't hear Stef guitar very good on this one, later is little better...i really like when they starts with this song, but not the best performance

MOS - Sergio vocal is better, great!
Tempest - perfect...but Sergio don't need add vocals in chours on this.
