B-Sides & Rarities will now be available on vinyl for Record Store Day (4/16). The collection of non-LP tracks and rare cuts has been pressed onto gold vinyl over three sides with etched artwork on the fourth side of the two discs. The collection also includes a DVD of Deftones videos, photos, and more. This out-of-print collection is now exclusively available on vinyl for the first time and extremely limited.

Yay! I've been waiting for this...
I already have the Covers vinyl (along with every other albums of theirs on vinyl), which has a lot of the songs from B-sides... but one of my favorite Deftones songs is Crenshaw Punch (see: my handle), and it'd be excellent to have that in vinyl form!

Sorry to diss but this is overcommercial bullshit. They already released "Covers" on vinyl, and we've been waiting for the rest of the live series for like ever. Unless there's unreleased stuff (and you know there won't be), this screams money.

Yeah I wouldn't put this on the same level as those serigraphs.. That was cash grab level: expert. Being a vinyl fanatic I love this! I collect vinyl from all the bands I like. Although, now that I think about it, I assume a serigraph/poster fanatic might not consider those as simply cash grabs either....

Its RSD. You have to go to a participating record store on that day to buy it. Stores and other places end up putting left overs online usually the day after if youre lucky. No preorders.
What annoyed me was that I wish they'd make a new, more complete B-side collection instead of just putting this old one out, although it's still better than nothing. They could at least throw in Night Boat.
Anyway the only Deftones vinyl I've got is Covers, which is a damn fine little compilation.

I got it! Was first in line, and the dude behind me was also a hardcore Deftones fanatic and scored a copy as well. Was hoping the vinyl would be heavier, but that's splitting hairs. Love the song description insert, too. My Deftones vinyl collection is still batting 1,000 :)
I hate people who get up early an wait to buy the album only to put it on eBay to sell it for an insane price to profit as oppose to the person who saved up money and waited for that one purchase only to be a person or two late in line.. >:(...

Don't feel too bad, man. I can't even tell you how many times I DIDN'T buy an album because it was too much, only to see the price skyrocket weeks later. It's like watching Deal or No Deal and getting mad at the person's choice after you know the end result. You can't know what's going to happen, so you made a call. More often than not, when it comes to vinyl, buying it early pays off (even for an inflated price). This case it didn't.
On the other hand, I paid $50 for Bedlam in Goliath and thought that sucked... now it's $100. I paid $100 for Deloused in the Comatorium, now good luck finding it for under $200. I paid $60 for Holywood (In the Shadow...), now it's like $250. Vinyl is volatile, and you never know what's going to happen. From personal experience, youre almost always better off just buying it, 9/10 times it pays off. This just happened to be one of those times when it didn't.
i paid just 25 for each hot topic version, now i had to pay 64 for this shit, nothing to do about it.
