Any Power Metal fans here?
Two of my favorite bands are Helloween and Edguy, both German. Helloween are considered the originators of Power Metal. I personally love their newer stuff with Andi Deris.
Most straight forward power metal bands these days base their music around fantasy themes. What I love about the two bands I mentioned is that they don't write fantasy inspired songs like other power metal bands like Hammerfall and Dragonforce.
So what are some of your guy's favorite Power Metal bands?
