That is one of the most cluttered looking pages I've ever seen. Not to mention that fact that, with wiki's popularity and all, there is actually a section under Saturday Night Wrist titled "Possible Leak". What the fuck is up with that? People shouldn't plaster shit like that on a site that people can see worldwide. If Deftones wanted us to hear it before Oct. 3rd, I'm sure they'd leak demos/etc. on their own terms.
Each album is listed on the main page... and then under the link(s) in discography! What the hell? People should learn how to summarize more. Half of the White Pony page (under discography) is just talking about how the band dislikes "Back to School"... who cares? Diehards usually retreat to fansites and your average music listener could care less.
Does the word "encyclopedia" not mean anything to any of the people involved?

Shit always gets leaked, ALWAYS. Slayers new album leaked last week or so and it's not even out in stores yet (as far as i know) Same with Stone Sour and same with KoRns new album last year, It leaked pretty much half a month before release.

Taking offense to something when you know you weren't being included is ridiculous. With "all of you people" typically being a figure of speech, it seems apparent that I was only referring to the ones that were being morons about everything. Also, I never said it was all based around this site/board. However, there have been threads (and a fairly recent one, might I add) that have mentioned tons of alterations to Deftones on Wikipedia. If you can deny that.. then I guess I am the one who's wrong here.
And the main thing about my starting this thread is the fact that this seems to be the most populated Deftones message board. Common sense tells that to anyone who comes here. So why would I post a thread here? I just told you.

I think the point is that it's common knowledge Wikipedia is a loose source of information at best, especially when concerning bands, hence nobody here really cares or takes it as surprising that it presents information in the manner you described in your first post.
As for being arrogant and obnoxious this is one of the better boards I've joined in the last 2-3 years in terms of being a new member and being welcomed by most here.
