Someone knows something. I hope the rumors are true for something extra, no matter what it is. Could explain why they've been so hush hush since releasing the singles.

GoonSquadron

3 more hours, but someone on Reddit posted what was embedded on the Privatemusic.tv website with all the different channel names. There is going to be something very cool in 3 hours!!! It was removed immediately.

What was it?

Iwazaru

I received the stream link via email so it's no leak, it's legit. Someone also on Reddit datamined the page and it seems like it's going to be a documentary about the band's career.

Thats a bummer that the album got leaked. Me and some of the others that went to the listening party in Sacto, we're just talking about that last night.

On this very day, let's not let us old heads forget where these guys once were and are now with a label as big as Warner music group. I would much rather the band own all of their own material and rights to everything to do whatever they want but damn did they make a hell of a climb making the kind of music that they do. The kind that we like. It's fucking amazing if this thing is over, especially. I just got my mail and I got my CD and 24 page booklet that was limited to 5000. I see that it's not sold out, but there isn't a lot of us that own it and when I was reading the credits which may even be in the other packages and other editions, which I'm sure they are, I couldn't help but notice that Stef especially but a couple members seem to be saying goodbye. I think it was Abe n Stef. Thanking us for the life we've given them and all the memories just like the song infinite source. I can't help but to speculate. I'm not new. I've even met the band a few times. I got to walk down the street to the venue with Shawn Lopez in Pontiac Michigan to a crosses show and tell him how awesome I think he did on Saturday night wrist, and with the crosses first lp. I feel that I'm in the know and I have a feeling that this is the last studio record and I hope I'm wrong y'all. I think maybe Stef wrote something like that before on another record in the credits and thank yous but this feels different.

But in the Zane Lowe interview they were all kinda saying: "we want to be more disciplined for the next one."

Can you elaborate a bit more why you feel that?
Good evening... and welcome to the white pony

Maybe just hearing that song over and over and then reading the 24 page booklet I just got in the mail with the thank you that I read for the first time that everybody probably has. Wasn't even considering the Zane low interview. I mean, I hope I'm wrong. I hope my feelings are off. That's all I really have but they seem to be thanking everybody for everything for good. That's the way I took Stef anyways.
And yeah, they did talk about learning more about theory, and this and that as far as pointing to the future of music... I don't know maybe I just jumped on that? It didn't feel good. I will say that... so I hope I'm wrong.

i would not be as surprised if stephtone takes a sabbatical at the very least (perhaps that's what he's doing now with the whole "not flying outside of US" thing) to really make sure his health is in check.

i know a lot about diabetes (runs in family). insulin prices in the states are fucking nuts. there's a lot of medications for diabetes now like mounjaro and ozempic, but these GLP-1 meds still have side effects where you don't really know how it'll affect you until it's affecting you...not to mention the shortages that have been happening on and off because now they're being prescribed for weight loss :(

neglecting diabetes treatment can easily fuck your everything up -- i'm talking neuropathy, gangrene, organ damage/failure, amputations. according to the zach lowe interview, he didn't even realize he was diabetic until he went to get tested last year, so who knows how long he was prediabetic or diabetic. the more issues you develop, the more specialists you have to start seeing. here's hoping they caught it before anything crazy started happening...i trust that of all people the doctors managing stephtone's treatment are playing it safe and ordering lots of labs. that's the great thing about money -- it can't buy happiness, but it definitely buys good healthcare.

once A1C is down, it's just a matter of keeping it down as much as humanly possible, eating healthy, and exercising. if anything, stephtone being an avid zaza enthusiast might have worked in his favor --  some studies have shown that weed usage can increase insulin resistance and keep your blood sugars more stable (though like weed and any medical condition, it's not guaranteed to help; just want to add a disclaimer).
i hope she comes

They're probably just putting their careers into perspective. I'm sure it's a trip being a band as long as they have and now they're the most popular they've ever been. They've always been grateful to fans. Some of you guys latch onto the dumbest shit.
