Middle Class Rut Demos

I'm not sure where else to ask, so I figured maybe someone here would know.

I'm looking for a compilation of Middle Class Rut demos that were submitted to EMI Publishing when they were first coming up. They released two volumes. I have Vol. 2 (see picture) below. I'm looking for Vol. 1. I found something from musicstack.com that shows a copy was sold back in Dec. 2011 (see the link). According to the visible description, it shows that it has songs "Swimmin' Outta LA" and "Gatorade + Ice". I'm sure it has some other demos and I'd love to hear the compilation.

I know this is a long shot... but does anyone have this and could share it with me?

What do you mean by this? If you mean contact the person that it says on the disc, I already did but she didn't have the compilation.
