I'm so curious by people saying vocals are reminiscent of s/t era.

Maaaan

The vocals remind me more of Koi.

GR1X7S

The lyrics and overall flow of the track is similar  to KYN but the production does have the weight and layers of S T

Frozen Curry

New single has some Foo Fighters, Ovlov type sound mixed with native american grooves.

Any other animal, mammal or bird sounds going on? Like maybe a parrot or dolphin?

ireallywish

i knew i would like new stuff no matter what it is but i'm always surprised in what ways it's good.
the big intro/outro riffs are like... Country Deftones lol. in the best way
lots of little things that you could trace back to older stuff, but really sounds refreshing and new to me

if there was a song to get new fans into them, this would be my recommendation.

Stef really does some work in this song. That guitar tone though.... so good

Roidragee

I can see this being a song they would play live. Great song for a concert

kroko

I do get some s/t and Gore vibes from it personally. It's just so refreshing.

Tracklist is on Apple Music NZ

every title i've seen is now confirmed. Only one song title I haven't seen.

Only one song with the Explicit label.

How progressive is it? Weird intros/outros, solos, odd time signatures, unorthodox structure?

xoandef

It reminds me to CKY "an answer can be found"album production style.I love it.

Definitely feel you with the Native American grooves. Strange but true! But yes. To me his voice sounds just like it does on some of those S/T songs. Those sort of floating, wispy vocals if that makes sense. Kinda like on Knife Prty. Which I know isn't on S/T but still.

Ohms is the closing track. Cover looks really cool actually.

Wow.. not many bands release the closing track as the first single... lol.. I can't wait to see what else they have in store as singles if thats the case.

Not particularly progressive although there's no real conventional structure (no clear verse/chorus really) and it goes to 7/8 for the last bit of it.
I could float here forever
