The Madonna — Mary, the mother of Jesus.

Milk of the Madonna sounds badass to me, idk why. All song titles are great too.

Shhhhhhhhhhh

Remember Madonna first signed them to her label. It's a throwback to her for sure.

"""Milk of the Madonna" refers to the artistic depiction of the Virgin Mary breastfeeding the infant Jesus, known as Madonna Lactans or Virgo Lactans. ""

As for ecdysis, its the process of shedding old skin in order to keep growing.

Like Mx and Rx Queen, cXz might carry that same enigmatic energy—moody, experimental, and emotionally raw. (?)

I find it funny when people try to guess how a song would sound like by its title name.

Album cover is growing on me fast. If you zoom in, the green has a texture to it. Almost looks like the snake is on a pool table?

Far away

i have no more space in my bio to add a snake... fuck! lol

I am glad the first single is the first song of the album this time, and not the last one. Hearing the closing track for the first time with the rest of the song is a must for me, and it kinda ruined the Ohms experience.

I didn't mind it because Ohms the song was a big, bright high note to end the record, so it was like a familiar celebratory epilogue the first time I listened all the way through. The only closer of theirs that would fit for a first single.

I wasn't a fan of Ohms as the closing track. Especially on first listen because when you get to that final track, it's like "well, I already know this song." So the second to last track felt more like the closer to me. I actually think Ohms would've fit better in front of Headless instead of the closer. But overtime I enjoy it as the closing track, it just dampens the first listen a little bit when you've already heard the closer.

I personally hope they only release 1 single this time. I want to go into this album knowing as little as possible. Especially if we're only getting 11 tracks this time.

I really really like the song titles. Thought a few were weird at first but the more I look at them the more I like them

The only title that's unconventional for Deftones is "I think about you all the time." Though it's the song I'm probably most curious about because of the straightforward title.

I feel the same, its a great track, probably my favorite of Ohms, but a weird choice for both a single and a closing track.

I dunno, gives me the save vibe as a title as "What happened to you?".
