I was wondering last night about some songs they are not playing often in the last few years. I mean, I cant complain about their setlists lately, lots of unusual songs being played (WGTB for example), etc.
BUT..
I miss a lot of old songs they used to play back in the first years or tour, like: Bored, Fireal, Mascara, Mx, etc.
I also know that its probably because they want to focus on their latests records and all that. I just wanted to know what songs you guys miss the most.
my list would go with:
Fireal
Minus blindfold
Mascara
Mx
Say it aint so (its a cover but i love when they play it)
mx
fireal
one weak
minus blindfold
damone
teething
damone
dai the flu
mascara
fireal
rickets
Mascara, Dai the Flu, Minus Blindfold, Bloody Cape, Lhabia, Lifter, Birthmark, and of course Fist.

They havent been playing BQAD a ton lately. IMO that song needs to be played at every show. It just never gets old.
A lot of tracks but a few of my propositions:
- Damone
- Teething
- Can't Even Breathe
- Fist
- Bumble D
Bumble D is one of my favorite songs, pity they played it live only once.
The Boy's Republic.
Lifter
Lhabia
Dai the Flu
Damone
The Chauffeur
Cant Even Breathe
Deathblow
Moana
Pink Maggit
The Boy's Republic
Bloody Cape, i really miss it.
Fireal of course,
Nosebleed
Say it ain't so
Mx
Mascara

I think it's a shame they never play BQAD in its entirety.

agreed.
they were definite anomalies.
ok, so this is the complete opposite of what the thread is about, but I just gotta point out that I love how they started playing Knife Prty and Passenger regularly after SNW.
oh, and on topic: how much do they play Digital Bath these days?

Quote from: Vesanic on Dec 04, 2009, 12:12 AM...
to me.. this is just you saying "ok youre right, but its irritating"
just because they played it in 98 a couple of times doesnt mean it was a standard live song on their list.you seem to think they played it as frequently as my own summer? i saw them twice at the 98 tour +checked them out at the net at their live clips, interviews during that time - they very seldom played dai the flu. i had two videos of dai the flu live but i alsways considered them rarities
my own summer wasnt a classic back then, it becomes a classic with time. maybe the played dai the flu at the 98 shows u went to ;)

i saw that, it was pretty funny. he was in 100% defense mode and took a swing at everything that moved, prob felt the world was against him. "WANT SOME OF DIS?!?!"
np, all is forgiven and forgotten.
What the? Vesanic IS the reason why I check this forum on a regular base. Tzess.
Vesanic. <3 Kudos for your work and passion, man. :)

to say it was "totally regular" isnt totally true, i mean they didnt play knife party before the release of white pony in june 2000? i saw them in 2000 before the release, at the hultsfred show, and the songs from wp was change, digital bath and elite as encore. it became more or less a regular at the second half of that year
Quote from: Vesanic on Dec 05, 2009, 08:11 AM...
maybe because his voice isnt good enough to pull it off
but they pretty much only did festivals when they toured europe that year, so to say that it was "totally regular" and then say they never play it at festivals when they only did festivals in europe is kind of funny

but they did play knife party at the autumn shows in u.s later that year. why do they need a roof to play knife party?
Quote from: Vesanic on Dec 05, 2009, 08:11 AM...
you would think that if its a "totally regular song 2000", they would play it all year at all places.not half the year in us only
Quote from: Vesanic on Dec 05, 2009, 08:11 AM...
if it were a "totally regular song" as u put it,that year, then it would be played "everywhere everywhen".
but i see u dont use the word totally anymore, a step in the right direction for sure. if i were to go on about this,u would change from regular to "pretty often"
Quote from: Vesanic on Dec 06, 2009, 10:48 AM...
u typed "totally regular" ...if not a song - a totally regular what then? what did u mean - a totally regular panda bear? a totally regular garden hose?
a lot of noobs here may actually read yr stuff as facts, but i see it as u just say shit out in the air. yr posts needs to be checked by someone
you both care about this way too much. drop it already.
i dont hang around the shows much...ever..at all in fact...so i dont really miss any , i havent seen the tones in like a decade..
if i was a crew guy maybe i could say "yeah man, i miss those old songs and im stuff man, they never play 7 words words or noce bleed dudes"..
