so back on the 22nd of november my girlfriend and i ordered a couple shirts off oneloveforchi.com. just wondering if anyone knows the average time on the standard shipping. i never expected it to come very fast because i understand it's a pretty small operation but i haven't really heard anything about if it's been shipped or the status of my purchase since i ordered it over a month ago. any insight would be appreciated.
mine didn't take very long at all. certainly not a month.
well i live in halifax nova scotia. it always takes forever for things to get here. about 3-4 weeks for a deftones hoody, just over a month for a senses fail pre order, 3 weeks for some vinyls i ordered. it always seems to take this long. i'll shoot gina a message just to be safe.
I have ordered mine dec 7th I believe.
Haven't heard since.
I've send Gina 2 messages to ask about it and haven't heard back.

well i suppose it's good to see it's not just me. i chalk it up to christmas just passing which slows down shipping on everything and how gina is running a small operation so she's got a lot to handle already. i sent gina a facebook message anyway just to get some info on their shipping process anyway. if the info seems relevant to you sly, i'll post her reply here.

i had quite a few orders get weighed wrong and didn't have enough shipping and came back to me. so now i have to re-do a ton of orders. i'm running solo on this so it is smaller of an operation than you can imagine. i am doing my best and hope to have this all resolved tomorrow!

Yea, I'm getting a tad frustrated too but it's ok. I understand. I don't think it's fair for you guys to get so angry about people who simply want to know what's up with their order that's nearly four months old. Gina, LOVE you, just curious what's the status/ETA of the packages, is all :)
Also, Gina, just an FYI, if you get too many complaints via Paypal they'll shut you down, so getting some people to help with packages might be a good idea. I'm sure some of us here would love to help.

Yea, still nada on my end. I hate being a bitch about it, because I know Gina and everyone associated is pure at heart. I've just been literally ripped off of over 3000 dollars recently due to internet fraud and can't get a penny of it back.

I see why you'd be frustrated, but I'd urge you not to take any sort of serious action. While it is incredibly disappointing that services weren't rendered appropriately, it's truly not worth it to take it out on a family that has already been through such trauma. For all we know, such action could be the reason that orders are continuing to back up. More than likely, any attempts will result in more stress than results for all parties involved. As tough a situation as this is, we shouldn't take it out on Chi or his family, as inevitably that's what this will do. I hate that you were forced into this horrible situation, where the right thing to do is incredibly grey, but my advise would be to be patient. I guarantee that no one is intentionally trying to rip you, or anyone else off through OneLoveForChi.com, and that there is some sort of reason, however valid, for the delay. For all the good Gina has done, I truly believe she deserves the benefit of the doubt here--everyone needs a break now and again. I'm sure, given time, this issue will be resolved.

I don't blame anyone for being frustrated or at their limit with this situation. A well known guy like Chi could easily have others waiting to help Gina and I'm just curious as to why she seems to be on her own with this site. Is it her choice or is this a crazy idea? Sorry guys. Hi all,
Hope you are all doing fine. I know this update is long over due....
I never intended for this website to be about me at all... but i now find myself in a situation where the only way to explain my recent absence is to be straight up. A little over two months ago I found out I was pregnant.. long story short I was put on bed rest because they classified it as high risk. I ended up having a miscarriage and surprise to me was quite a long ordeal. Any way... I am recovered now and I am moving forward and doing whatever I can to get Chi to New Jersey.
I was in contact with my Chengs the whole time and they were all an incredible amount of support in helping me get thru this sucky time. So thank you my family!
Please don't feel the need to say sorry or anything... I'm ok...back in my flow... "one tough cookie" like Mae said. So let's just press on and get Chi what he needs to recover!
I apologize for any unanswered emails and t-shirt orders that are behind. I will be getting those all caught up this week.
As for Chi... he is hanging tough as always. I talked to him tonight and reminded him of all of our love and support.
We are in the middle of making all the arrangements to get Chi to New Jersey in the very near future. So thank you to everyone who has come together to make this happen for him.
