"Gina is all alone" Ok but It's really not the customer's problem that it's not enough people involved in the shippings.

Not enough people? Bring in some more people then!

I don't like that they accept people's money but at the same time they don't have a plan to deliver the goods.
guess someone missed the memo that this is a fundraiser not merch site.

your brilliance of bringing on more package stuffers might not work considering this is not a business.

She obviously needs help. Those who want to donate money without receiving any goods can do so with the regular donation method.

Those who pay for a product should get it without any problem, and without having to ask for it.If there is a problem,Oneloveforchi should contact the customer. The customer shouldn't have to ask for it at this board.

this is futile with you, obviously. i mean you´re only on this board to stir up the pot, which i actually think is a good thing. the point is that people are donating money AND receiving a product. this is why it´s slightly frustrating, yet understandable that the shirt is a little slow in arriving.

whatever, continue to regurgitate your fucking nonsense and piss people off, at least it's getting reactions. something this board is in dire need of.

Is there any word yet? Gina? Its been quite long now since I ordered. Hope to know when to expect it.

Yea, I'm getting a tad frustrated too but it's ok. I understand. I don't think it's fair for you guys to get so angry about people who simply want to know what's up with their order that's nearly four months old. Gina, LOVE you, just curious what's the status/ETA of the packages, is all :)

Also, Gina, just an FYI, if you get too many complaints via Paypal they'll shut you down, so getting some people to help with packages might be a good idea. I'm sure some of us here would love to help.

i just sent gina a message on the onelove site. hopefully i can get some more specific news about my order. it's been 2 months now.

What did she say? I'm thinking about getting a shirt for myself... just wanna be sure that they get delivered.

skinnypuppy

Yea, still nada on my end. I hate being a bitch about it, because I know Gina and everyone associated is pure at heart. I've just been literally ripped off of over 3000 dollars recently due to internet fraud and can't get a penny of it back.

I've still heard nothing. I've sent a bunch of emails with no reply. It's been 11 weeks now. God bless gina and all shes doing for chi but... I am starting to get a wee bit pissed off. I dont really expect replies to all of our individual emails but at least an update on the status of our orders on oneloveforchi.com would be nice. I don't even know if mines being sent at all. I got my order receipt when I ordered it on nov. 22nd and I've heard NOTHING since. I really hope we hear something. It's become incredibly irritating.

from_musings

ok.. please say when you get them..

still absolutely nothing. my girlfriend and i have sent countless emails. it's been three months now. if anyone could contact Gina and get some news about this i'd greatly appreciate it. i'm more than just a little pissed off now. i don't take well to being snubbed, paying for something i never get and having my emails and queries go completely ignored. it's a bit infuriating and i'm VERY fucking angry that it's been almost 2 months since Gina told us the problem was being fixed. well, the problem most certainly hasn't been fixed and i'm not so much but my girlfriend is considering taking action against the site. she's more pissed off than i am and i'm fucking MAD.

skinnypuppy

Yea, same boat. Even if we don't get the products til next month or later, I just want some communication. I've had a lot of people rip me off in the last 6 months online and it's not an enjoyable feeling even though I know Gina is not trying to rip us off.

I don't know guys, isn't this supposed to be about charity and helping Chi and stuff ? Do you really care so much for these t-shirts to sue the site ?
You are not "customer" and you are not paying for a "product", the idea is to support the Cheng family, isn't it ?

Jesus2Chino

I see why you'd be frustrated, but I'd urge you not to take any sort of serious action. While it is incredibly disappointing that services weren't rendered appropriately, it's truly not worth it to take it out on a family that has already been through such trauma. For all we know, such action could be the reason that orders are continuing to back up. More than likely, any attempts will result in more stress than results for all parties involved. As tough a situation as this is, we shouldn't take it out on Chi or his family, as inevitably that's what this will do. I hate that you were forced into this horrible situation, where the right thing to do is incredibly grey, but my advise would be to be patient. I guarantee that no one is intentionally trying to rip you, or anyone else off through OneLoveForChi.com, and that there is some sort of reason, however valid, for the delay. For all the good Gina has done, I truly believe she deserves the benefit of the doubt here--everyone needs a break now and again. I'm sure, given time, this issue will be resolved.

well we're certainly not going to sue the site or anything. i think i spoke out of frustration there. still though. it sucks. i don't want my money back, i'm glad to help out chi, just have the decency to let us know what's going on. being in the dark for 3 months is kinda shitty. but the issue has had plenty of time. i'm not looking for an instant fix so much as just some assurance that our orders even still exist.

Seems to me your heart is in the right place. But, what you're talking about is the donation-approach that gina/oneloveforchi started out with. "give money:done deal-end of story". but the minute they started selling t-shirts, that's when they do get customers, because when a person pay for a service or a product to a person, organization or to a company, that paying person becomes a customer by definition. regardless if the money goes to a person's own bank account, charity or to a company...that paying person is still a customer. And it wouldn't hurt if they out of respect for those customers said something on the site to calm people down, silence can drive shoppers mad  8)

exactly!

I don't blame anyone for being frustrated or at their limit with this situation. A well known guy like Chi could easily have others waiting to help Gina and I'm just curious as to why she seems to be on her own with this site. Is it her choice or is this a crazy idea? Sorry guys. Hang tight for Chi's sake... :-\
Pushing you back but still you ain't goooooooooone!!!!!!
