Since this is the only explicit song on the album do you guys think it'll be heavy in its own way? Lyrically? Or vocally? I know stephs guitar is heavy they said in an interview
All we know is that the track's lenght was just added on iTunes, so we can guess it's going to be released anytime soon. We are going to find out the details soon.
Oh I see got it, if it comes out soon I'm going to refrain from hearing it I want the album to have a perfect flow of new material for me especially since I already heard prayers/triangles but it didn't hurt cause it's track 1 so the rest will flow. Its going to be the hardest month ever man, but thank you

I imagine it'll be leaked before then.
i thought about waiting until the album was released to listen but one user made a very profound argument that what if you got hit by a car or something and died and you never got to listen to new deftones? so thats why i want to hear stuff as soon as i can

yeah so it's heavy and chino can't sing it live but it sounds cool. high hopes for the studio version
There is a video on YouTube of the song being performed live. I'm not gonna judge vocals yet but the guitar reminded me of Adrenaline era Deftones. The studio version should be awesome!

I was thinking the same thing lol same with Pittura Infamante (I.e. We've called out Chino/Stephen on specific things in relation to their musicianship or performance). Pure speculation but could be probable especially since someone from the band has been dropping hints that they've been lurking on sharing lungs.
I honestly don't think Chino gives enough crap to a small fan base writing on this forum to write a song about it :P
Except Goon Squad, that was a "lol keep complaining, I'm making the music I want and I'm awesome" song.

I think when they say heavy they mean the combined weight of Stef and Chino and Abe laying on their instruments = heavy sound LOL... sorry bad joke. ;D
Dumb
hey chino if you're reading this wink twice
chino doesn't have internet connection, he is too poor.
oh yes, i remember, it was specifically this forum too, mr vesanique was mentioned, holy shit it was you man, you pissed off the screaming cat!
Sorry guys. We love you. Dont hate us...
i dont, you've been doing a lot of crappy thing for a couple of years, so to me, gore is like a new hope, fuck you.
He said in a recent interview that he doesn't read the internet but he has a friend who surfs the internet all day long and reports to him
I'm surprised they played "Doomed User" live because the song actually features Chad Kroeger from Nickelback on there.

On past albums, I've played out the early singles so much that I always end up skipping them on the album. I don't want that to happen on this album. I want to be able to appreciate each song and in the order they are intended to be heard on the album.
you have to be a fucking idiot to actually think that the band comes here to read all of the negative comments about them and actually write a song.... get off your high white horses guys.

True, I did that especially with Rocket Skates. I like listening to albums as a whole, but I guess I'm not as bothered about song placement or listening to it as a cohesive record as most people here seem to enjoy. I see an album as a pile of individual Christmas presents to rip open and enjoy, as opposed to one present containing multiple items, if that makes sense. I've done well not listening to Prayers/Triangles too much, but I'll end up skipping it eventually to catch up to the new, fresh songs sooner.

Yeah, I smell what your cookin. I've only listened to Prayers/Triangles 2 times just out of curiosity for what direction they would take. It's an ok song but I'm not really a fan on Chino's vocal style on it. The last few albums haven't done much for me vocally but that's ok. It's still Deftones and they are still better than 99% of the other trash that is out these days.

For me it depends on the band. Deftones have never been a band to release "albums" so much as just collections of songs. Although, you could argue that KNY was their most "complete" album to date, with the most flow to it. I'm not saying it's their best record at all, just that it feels like I couldn't listen to it in any order other than the order that exists. Their other albums could just be on shuffle and I wouldn't even notice much of a difference. The only others that have come close are WP and, to a lesser extent, ST.
Some bands, like TMV, or Callisto, or Manson, or Radiohead, or Minus the Bear, or Coheed, for example, are best listened to in order. I don't see Deftones as one of those bands.

Yeah, they don't have concept albums, or albums that completely flow from one to the next, so putting the songs on at random wouldn't take away from the music. Not for me anyway, though as you say, Koi No Yokan is an exception, with the intros and outros.

Maybe it builds more emotion when you listen to it in order, but I can completely enjoy playing any song that comes to my mind each after another. That is why I'm not too worried about knowing the singles when the rest of the album comes out. Even if I play the songs randomly at first, after a while when I got bored of the record I'll listen to it again in order of the tracks. This kinda renews the experience for me.

Very excited about tomorrow. Prayers/Triangles was nice to hear but it's not one of the singles that "blew my mind" like Hole in the Earth or Tempest. I have a good feeling about Doomed User and I hope I won't be disappointed.

Sound great. Very punk-ish feel to it.
I do think with this song and Prayers the production doesn't feel as 'heavy' as the previous records if you get my drift. Is it just me?
Hearing the studio version, the live performance was pretty much spot on. That being said, it's fucking great
Can somebody get this uploaded to MEGA or something please? This is too fucking good.
That was so refreshing. I love it. Instant Deftones classic.
The vocals sound fucking filthy. Just saying for those who are complaing Chino sounds too clean nowadays...

I'm one of those people, haha. Kind of, not complaining, I love all their albums, but I missed this sound, for sure. This is something I've been hoping for with this album, I'm so happy and excited right now
Jesus, I want to hear it so bad! But I will wait for the whole record.
The song seems to be a good one, but i'm really disappointed with the mix levels, Chino's voice it's nearly unlistenable.
Damn, Stephen went all out on this one. After reading that review that said he impresses the most on the album, I'm getting psyched.
Wow Jesus I like this. That guitar is sick and punk. Vocals are not really typical Deftones at times but sometimes it is and reminds me of Adrenaline/ATF or something. The music itself reminds of some of the older 90s heavy b-sides and also during the guitar breakdown later on it's very ATF/Adrenaline! I like very much.
Can someone rip this to mp3 pls before they take it down after a day?
While I complained a bit about the production on the previous page, it does fit this punk-like song, like m1nusblindfold says.
Wasn't sure how I felt about the vocals on the first listen, but they sounded better the second time when I focused in on them. They bounce between being jazzy and then punky/screaming in the verse part, which is pretty cool.
Honestly the sound i like the most from this song is that chunky riff you can hear at the beginning.. Its so heavy and groovy at the same time!! At first i thought that was Steph.. But its actually Sergio playing that part. I watched the live version numerous times and i noticed Steph doesnt do much on that section of the song, it doesnt go with it, but Sergios picking and finger placement is spot on with the riff.. Plus seeing how they keep talking about how they managed to sound almost alike, it has to be Sergio. Ill make sure i stand next to Steph this sunday when i see them live to make sure im not mistaken! In the meantime though, huge props to sergio and steph, killer song!!
Also I feel like I haven't heard that specific guitar noise starting at 2:32 (name for that?) since either White Pony or maybe S/T. I miss unique Deftones things like that.

Steph does that on Prayers/Triangles at the beginning and end i believe.. But you might be right, not sure. He does the basic for of that alot live, but the waviness is coming from the floyd rose whammy he added on his 8 string, i think he had a whammy bar sometimes in white pony. After white pony he started playing 7 string which did not have any whammy bars or anything, not till this album.. Found out the other day when they were interviewing him and he showed off his new 8 string with a floyd rose
For anyone who wants to download it. I dug in the websites code for a bit and found the source for the audio file.

Really like the off-kilter vocals on this one.
It's so fucking good...what is he saying in the chorus?
i like prayers/triangles the better
I'll definitely have to grow on this one...song just wasn't all that catchy for me the first listen.
But some positives regardless, I can see a ton of older metal fans(like from the 80s) having a total flashback when hearing this! It's also cool how Chino can still scream a bit and soar his voice a split second after.
I hate to be that guy. Because I do like this song. But I personally feel like the riffs would benefit from some Diamond Eyes-like production. Like some more bare bones deep-sounding production. Basically like the sound of the live version. Know what I mean? Kind of like a Rocket Skates sound? This happened to me with Poltergeist as well. The guitars sound a little too "crunchy" if that makes sense. Otherwise the song is great.

I think it's definitely a grower. I think Chino's vocals on it aren't something that immediately click - I think it takes a few listens to 'get' them.
Fuckin intense. Abe is totally going off, insane fills everywhere, love it. Like a carnival ride.
really good stuff here. heaviest song since rapture and rats rats rats maybe
Really intense vocal, you've got to respect a song that opens with the bridge, just like with the live version that riff is disgusting and on point, probably the punkest song they've released in a long time
Abe should have his arms insured for $1 billion

Those vocals on the bridge... what range and contrasting the plunging riff... The architecture of this song is perfect, not a second is wasted

Probably. Maybe your sound card on your laptop has a higher quality output than your phone
Yeah I like this much better than Prayers/Triangles. This album is going to be different for sure. You can already tell by the production. Much different direction. Still Deftones-y, just a different sound.

I'd think so, too, it's got pretty much everything that all the 'They're too poppy :(' people should love. I do enjoy this way more than Prayers/Triangles, that song is great but it's just the usual, more or less. Nothing shocking or out-there. This, along with everything else, is basically confirming that this album will be including the few things I've been missing with Diamond Eyes and Koi No Yokan. So I'm happy.
Maybe the Reddit people are more fans of the last two albums?
The mix is terrible but it makes it sound like somewhat demo like which I enjoy. At this point I'm just happy the guys are still putting out music.
Not a whole lot of chugging on this however still sounds fine. Frank's little intro was cut out?

I hope that wasn't coming across as condescending, I didn't mean it that way. Check out Steely Dan post-"Royal Scam", or Boz Scaggs "Lowdown", it's basically treatments, effects, levels, intonation of specific instruments vs. assembling of all of those specific instruments into place through mixing, can also involve channeling or realizing specific ideas into track sequencing, stuff like that. When people say they don't like the sound of a guitar, or the way it was recorded, I'm more inclined to think that's an engineering issue, just like George Martin was the producer of the Beatles who oversaw the big picture, Geoff Emerick was the engineer who miked all the instruments, got the tone the way it was supposed to be. Of course this probably means nothing to anyone but it's just my interpretation of what it means when people complain about stuff.
So for instance if the guitar sound is crappy, I would think it's an issue with the way it was miked, treated, maybe mixed (but probably not). Personally I think Abe's drum sound on this song is really abrasive and claustrophobic kind of like the review thread was mentioning Nirvana...
For me, Doomed User heavy intro riff sounds very similiar to Leathers riff (00:39 - 00:46).
From my listen the vocals, drums and bass are inaudible. I can't even feel the kick drum. The best I can hear everything is through my crappy laptop speakers.
Producer - The guy in charge. Decides what is recorded, when, how it is recorded, who is doing the recording, adds and takes stuff away to make the basic track sound as great as possible before/whilst it is recorded. Keeps an eye on all the other guys to make sure the tracks are as intended and don't veer too far from the original/intended sound.
Engineer - Uses microphones and amps and stuff to record shit to a computer.
Mixer - Takes the shit the engineer recorded and makes it sound really nice - effects, edits, organisation, etc.
Master - Takes the shit the mixer did and adds some final stuff. If there are multiple tracks (Such as for an album), he makes them sound cohesive and like they're all from the same session, etc. Makes it as loud as possible (You've heard of the loudness war, I take it?). Essentially puts the final touches to the sound and tone.
Most of these jobs are now totally interchangeable, and will often be done by one person. However, they are still different roles, and some people still specialise in only one of these (Personally, I specialise in engineering.)
Here's an even simpler breakdown:
Producer: Cunt in charge
Engineer: Records shit
Mixer: Makes shit sound nice
Masterer: Makes shit sound finished.
Sure thing, also the beat goes 5/6 where Leathers is something similair.

It's funny how now when I go back and listen to the video of Doomer User live, it sounds less shitty and makes more sense since I am also kind of hearing the studio version in my head. Yes the vocals really are off and his voice is hoarse or whatever, but when you compare the performance to the studio version we now know, he really isn't that off in most parts. Can't wait to see if it sounds better in future shows. When is their next show?
I didnt like it, at all.
It sounds like a cover. A really awesome cover of some obscure band. I like it.
God, this has reminded me how much I despise people who whinge about minor things with the mix of a song.
absolute shite.

Doomed user fuckin slays!
Stef brings it, musically I like it but vocally it fell a little flat for me... :-\
awesome
Anything unorthodox as far as song structure or time signatures with this song? I'm always a little afraid with this band of the prospect of laziness and them throwing out verse/chorus/verse/chorus/bridge(which is actually just the verse or chorus played in a slightly different way)/chorus.

I'm on a work computer. Many work related things work best for me on IE.
And by the way, Doomed User kicks fucking ass. I love it. Even vocally. I can see the 80s Morrissey style vocal influence. Instrumentally it's heavy as fuck, and the verse riff is very different for them. I can understand why reviewers said it harks back to an earlier era for them.
sounds better after few spins.
Awesome song. Verse riff kicks ass and I like the way Chino sounds on it. The verse is just so badass. Very catchy chorus too, sounds way better than in the live version.
well yea after a few more spins , i have to say the chorus is very catchy , ...what i find weird is the verse sound a bit of metalllica for me :-\

Exactly. It's why moaning about the mix supposedly being 'terrible' is complete bullshit. Koi No Yokan was too clean sounding, this sounds more loose and raw. Ideally the drums would be clearer but I'm fine with the rest of it.
Song is brilliant. Getting Adrenaline vibes in parts.
The mix sounds fine to me through a Hi Fi. Everything seems to have it's own space.

It's not the equipment but I've come back to listen to it and my hearing has significantly adjusted to the levels. I don't listen to any heavy music apart from Deftones and it's been a while so it's a lot of sound to get back used to.
Love the song , will attempt to figure out lyrics later, can't wait for the official download from iTunes tomorrow
now hearing it in a propher audiphones sound much better
My take on the lyrics. Was pretty hard to make them out during the verses, so I left some words out.
there
bring your time
say goodbye now leave it
my fuse
has expired
fucking die just leave it
powerless
stuck in your weapon sheath
open your eyes
you're only playing yourself
whoever's watching
i hope they catch the drift
collect your crowd
you're now the queen of them
there
that's your life
go and (?)
loose and defiled
you define the need in
their delusion
don't deny it
don't make this out to be something about you
I've been scarred
fucking repulsed by this
my only tale
is one that I can't stand
now I become (?)
my heart is black
and I will never fail
there
say goodbye
just retire the needle
used (?)
take your body elsewhere
their delusion
don't deny it
don't make this out to be something about you
go waste your breathe somewhere to someone new
your castles burn
down on you
your kingdom's burned
down
their delusion
don't deny it
don't make this out to be a thing about you
(x2)
go waste your breathe somewhere to someone new

i think they did. thanks though.
So raw. The rawest sounding Deftones in years. Even rawer than S/T
Wish I was feeling this one... Hoping is grows on me. I'll say it's raw and reminds me of the adrenaline days a bit. I like prayers a lot more. Just something about this that isn't doing it for me.
I hear web of shit over weapons sheathe.
Gets better with each listen. Love his singing on the pre-chorus, chorus.
I think this song was better than Prayers/Triangles overall. Still think the mix on both songs is poor, however, and Chino's vocals sound a bit above the mix on Doomed User. Despite not being crazy about this song, I'm a tad more excited for the album now.
I hope that the creativity and diversity we often hear from the Deftones overrides the poor production/mix on the album. I really wish they'd go back to Terry Date to record their albums.

I think most of us do. Wish Steph would go back to that 7-string too. The 8 is a little too muddy for his play style in my opinion.

Yes. I kind of feel the same way. I love how it kind of has that raw sound but it seems kind of bland. I would've loved it if they had more "atmosphere" to it. Delgado should of been more present in this with some trippy effects or something. I don't know. It just doesn't feel full enough. Hopefully it's a grower.
Also, at least it is a pretty good representation of how it sounds live. I'm glad it didn't turn out like the studio version Poltergeist.
That'd be nice. I don't mind the deep sound of the 8th string from time to time, but I think their music was better when he played a 7 string stylistically.

I really feel like the 8 string is taking away from their sound. It's so muddy now. I'm just over that. Not saying it's a bad song or anything. Steph's writing/riffing approach also changed, i think the heaviest and fastest songs I've heard on the 8 strings are Rocket Skates and Risk. Poltergeist was really heavy too however it lost that intensity of hexagram, Rats!, Rapture.

Yup your right. Still can't believe they chose this as a single. Sounds like there are much more beautiful/ epic / grand tracks on the album.
Another song with no low end... what the hell happened with the mix?
I like the song but this lack of bass and low end is starting to annoy me, if the whole record sounds like this it will keep me from fully enjoying it.
The mix is really poor, I don't understand how in this day and age where you can make a good mix on your laptop these guys are spending thousands for something so crappy sounding.
Sorry guys, I'm just kinda of frustrated because I feel that in terms of song writing this might end up being the best record of the Sergio era but the sound is so cheap that will keep some of us from fully enjoying the album.
I really hope I'll be wrong with the sound quality.

I'm not really digging the 8 either. I think the 7 string on S/T was about the right balance.
this song was originally called "Never Cry Wolf" it was from 2010, it was going to be included on the cmnd/ctrl single as a b-side but they decided not to make that a single.

I figured there was something strange about the mix, there is very little bass. The guitars are raw however don't sound the same as the earlier albums like KNY and DE. Maybe its not the final mix..

I don't think Doomed user is a single, they just played it live and chose to release it. I haven't read anything official about this being a single.
Really liking "Doomed User" so far. I've probably listened to it 20 times today so far. It's growing on me and getting better with every listen! The vocals on Doomed User remind of the vocals on the song "Leathers".
After a second listen, noticing that DU really reminds me of The Boys Republic. The vocals in the chorus also are getting more catchy. I also really dig the outro, such a dreary and mysterious atmosphere that gives me high hopes for Geometric Headdress.
After hearing it on some good speakers and headphones I dig it.
Pure groove from them at points ( love the last minute and a half). I bet it serves its purpose when we hear the whole album. I bet they gave us the 2 most "straight forward" tracks out of them all.
Actually, listening to it more, it's an absolute dime of a track. Awesome Hardcore Punk influences too.
Just after the one listen, the verse sounds soooo cheesy, and the lyrics ain't great. Dunno. Sounds more 'nineties' than they every did during that decade. Just a bit derivative and cringe-worthy. Really don't like sayin that, but it's made me a lot less excited for the album. :(
listened to it 3 times, cool contrast when it changes between "downtown tuned sounding" 8 string and that energetic razor sharp metal riff, which reminds me of teething a little.personally i think chino sounds badass on the verse with the rhythmic singing/screaming during the metal riff - pleasantly surprised by that part.adrenaline vibes. not really into the melodies during the eight string part...reminds me of leathers/kny high strained shouting kind of singing. sounds like a drunk chino off key almost.chorus is ok.in the end a good song 3.5/5
cant believe how rad this shit is.
I caved and listened to DU one time. It's ok. It doesn't really have a lot of replay value to me like Goon Squad, Prince, or Royal do so I won't be playing it out but it does give me some hope that there will be a good bit of variety on the album. It's a lot different than P/T.

powerless!
stuck in your weapon sheath!
open your eyes
you only plague yourself!
whoever's watching

Just after the one listen, the verse sounds soooo cheesy, and the lyrics ain't great. Dunno. Sounds more 'nineties' than they every did during that decade. Just a bit derivative and cringe-worthy. Really don't like sayin that, but it's made me a lot less excited for the album. :(
The verse is pretty weak imo. Maybe it'll grow on me. Still hyped for the album though!

This is just so refreshing. Fucking hell Iv missed this rawness, the shit that's hard to get on the first listen, the anti melody, some fucking difference.
I absolutely love the production. God dam. HATED the clean polished packaged sound of KNY.
Haven't been this excited for new deftones, since SNW

For the first time ever it seems Stephen is too loud in the mix and the vocals are behind the guitar. Don't know how I feel about it quite yet. Seems alright and kind of different. Good to hear some more attack and high end in Steph's guitar but we'll see. I have to let it sink in a bit.

This is a great description of my feelings on DU. I was actually a little concerned after hearing the live version that they'd have made it too clean in the studio. Delighted they haven't.

Thanks. I bet even if those are the actual lyrics that Chino wrote, they will be different in the booklet ;D
I've listened to this song about 4 times and It got better every single time. Love that little part Abe drums at the end and how upfront the guitar is.
I like the whole "They're delusions/their delusion" part. As if to say: It's a problem on their side, they're the ones fucking up. Not your fault this time. Maybe I'm just projecting my own personal current events onto the song...but it coincides with what's going on now so fucking well. This is why I love this band.

I was thinking about this today too. That section sounds self-defensive... I have dealt with people close to me whose habits got well out of hand, and many of these lyrics are exactly the sorts of thoughts people have when they see someone get carried away in that sense... I don't need to, but I would be very very interested to know who this is about...

What don't you like about it?
I didnt like the vocals. I dont know why Chino still try to sing like he does in the verse. Chorus sounds more like the Chino I like. I dont know. I just didnt like it. To be honest, after a few plays, the chorus is ok. The rest of the song ruined it for me.
Also, this

I really feel like the 8 string is taking away from their sound. It's so muddy now. I'm just over that. Not saying it's a bad song or anything. I just listened to hexagram then listened to doomed user and not even close for me. It seems like they were trying to go more along those lines with this track.. I'm just not feeling the same intensity.

Preach. Glad I'm not alone on this. I'm very interested too!
Is there anyone close to the band or Chino who had an irreversible addiction problem? These lyrics are too personal to be a generalization of all addicts... it's personal enough he makes sure the person keeps guessing with the "dont make this..." part
Maybe it's not even about addiction, who knows... just very curious because both Prayers Triangles and now this track mention a "you"...
I kept thinking in the back of my mind that his ex-wife became a cracked out whore. But that's just fucked up.
Entirely possible... we're nowhere near resolving the "queen of _______" mystery, the studio version is even more difficult to figure out, if it's really about a female then you may be on point

I'm assuming it is just based on the "you're now the queen of..[them?]" lyric, so to me it's kind of apparent that he's talking about a female.
Also, I'm digging Sergio's "Scott Weiland-esque" backing vocals. Like the ones Scott provided for the chorus of RX Queen. Baaaarely hear them but they're there and they harmonize so well. Really makes it *pop*.

One thing's for sure. I like this song over Prayers/Triangles. Pretty good song overall. Very raw demo tape sound. I'm not a BIG FAN of the live/reverb vocal sound but if thats what the band wants who am I to complain. Also the kick drum is inaudible. The guitar has a lot of mud and the bass is out of control at times. The mixer should have done a better job at compressing the low end. Maybe the album version will sound better.
Everyone is complaining about the sound. Based off the two tracks so far, they're clearly going for a more raw sound. I like it. Kind of different for Deftones.

I think Self Titled was a bit raw, but still well produced overall. The two songs released on this album, on the other hand, sound poorly mixed. I went to school for audio production and I try to analyze each of their album/songs (like I do with my own music and the other bands I listen to). You can hear the auto-tune in the songs, parts are often competing for "space" in the tracks, the guitar volume is super inconsistent in Prayers/Triangles, and there's not enough low end.

I just compared Doomed User to White Pony/ Self-titled/ Diamond Eyes in my DAW and its a huge step backward production/mix/master wise... the guitars are in desperate need of a low-cut filter, its really scratchy/abrasive. Anyone who says Chino can't scream anymore should listen to that part starting at 1:40 again, or the second verse in general. There are some serious stunners on that one. Comes very close to their self-titled album in terms of rawness and is at the very least much better than his screams on Koi No Yokan.

I agree, there are some awesome screams on the song, and hell, when he was performing When Girls Telephone Boys, he was sounding amazing. I think the thing is consistency, he can't consistently deliver those raw, all-out screams all throughout the song like he used to. There are times that sound like Leathers, that sort of scream-shout that he does. I can understand people missing songs like Hexagram, that rawness that gives you chills. But I also think you can't blame Chino for it at this point, some people's abilities stay the same forever, some people's don't. If he can't consistently deliver screams like that anymore, that's just the reality of the situation, there's no point always complaining, the dude is still doing his best and trying to deliver a wide range of vocals for fans that prefer this style or that style.
Love this, the vocal style reminds me of SNW
I didn't enjoy that first track they released so much but this has got me well excited for the album

I don't really have the time right now and by the time that I do the album will probably be leaked or something. I just don't understand why Matt Hyde didn't do an "EQ Sweep" as its called to remove annoying frequencies; at least use a deESSer. Its almost as if Deftones pissed off Matt Hyde and he just said fuck it. Unless Deftones were really aiming for a raw sound. I'm a bit baffled.

More compression gives the song more punch, some people like it that way (which is responsible for loudness war). But I like the uncompressed version more indeed.

The official download sounds MUCH better than what's been going around.
Sidenote: I was so upset about the original mix that I started messing with the levels on my computer, but I also increased the speed to play at 1.2 times the original tempo. I think it sounds bad ass just a little bit faster. Try it out.

this song was originally called "Never Cry Wolf" it was from 2010, it was going to be included on the cmnd/ctrl single as a b-side but they decided not to make that a single.
How do you know that ?
Chino and his marble mouth. Can you guys fix the goofy parts?
There
Bring your time
Say goodbye now, leave here
My fuse has expired
Fucking jahah just leave here
Powerless
Stuck in your web of shit
Open your eyes
You always pray yourself
Whoevers watching
I hope they catch the drift
Collect your crowd
Yallalahh queen of reeeeaaahhh!
There
Thats your life
Go and dimeball meathead
Loose and defiled
You should follow meathead
Revolution
Don't deny it
Don't make this out to be something about you
I've been scarred
Fucking with balls my fist
My only tell
Is when now my kids died
Now i become toe a rotten wheel
My pot is black
And I will nowwhahrhaahhhh!
There
Say goodbye
Just in time for meathead
Used pair of salt
Take your body elsewhere
Revolution
Don't deny it
Don't make this out to be something about you
Go waste your breath somewhere to someone new
Whooo!
Your castles burning
Down used
Your king is burning
Tahhhhh
Revolution
Don't deny it
Don't make this out to be a thing about you
Revolution
Don't deny it
Don't make this out to be a thing about you
Go waste your breath somewhere to someone new

Terry Date is the 6th member of the (1989-2008) band.
Terry came in right at Adrenaline.
And he didn't work on SNW.
But he did work on Eros. He's integral to that first era of the band. That's all I meant by that date range.
i agree, with terry back we end this.
There
Bring your time
Say goodbye now leave it
My fuse has expired
Fuckin' die
Just leave it
Powerless
Stuck in your weapon sheath
Open your eyes
You're only playing yourself
Whoever's watching
I hope they catch the drift
Collect your crowd
You're now the queen of them
There
That's your life
Go and die on me, yeah
Loose and defiled
You define the need in
Their delusion
Don't deny it
Don't make this out to be something about you
I've been scarred
Fucking repulsed by this
My only tale
Is one that I can't stand
Now I become (?)
My heart is black and I will never fail
There
Say goodbye
Just retire the needle
Used (?)
Take your body elsewhere
Their delusion
Don't deny it
Don't make this out to be something about you
Go waste your breath somewhere to someone new
Your castle's burning down on you
Your kingdom is burning down
Their delusion
Don't deny it
Don't make this out to be a thing about you
Their delusion
Don't deny it
Don't make this out to be a thing about you
Go waste your breath somewhere to someone new

doomed user is a brand new song in a lot of aspects, thats what i like about it.
for me that riff is like finger of death with a faster tempo, shieeet.
I said the same thing in the *gulp* familia group.
There's a bit after the first "Your Castle's burning, down on you" (or whatever he says) where Chino does like an "Uh" sound. Simple things like that are always brilliant.
The more I listen to this song, the more I love it. It's so old school for the most part.
