[BLUMPKIN]

a band i used to really dig back in the 90's but then they fell off the earth.  they remind me of an era when bands required some level of talent and creativity in order to recieve commercial success in the rock and roll industry.  i miss those days. 

they have been doing some shows in texas the past couple years and are putting out a new album that comes out late summer of 08 i believe, followed by a national tour.  needless to say, i'm interested. 

discuss how awesome this band is....or how much of a fag i am for liking them, either way
