wow you just don't get it. if you think the song is boring, should have been longer, and it sucks, i wont care. I can disagree but i wont really care. If someone says people that like this song are wanabees, aren't real fans or something like that than i might treat them like shit because they judge people for liking it.

Dude I don't hate the song or even dislike it, but I still agree with Vesanic that it's just not what it could have been and isn't really Deftones-sounding (to repeat my previous posts).

If only they left that classic guitar in...

OBVIOUSLY they need to go back to Terry Date...he just happened to produce the first 4 albums which all happen to be obviously supreme compared to anything else.  Why stray from him? I can't help but wonder if they brought that classic sound back with Eros since it was with Date..or if they somehow even strayed from the classic sound with that too...?? Ughh.

I am 99% sure that the DE album won't have a single song without the same heavy-ass guitar that this song has. No classic sound

i will repeat myself : for some reason i really don,t understand how the rocket skates riff is THAT much different than their older heavy riff like Headup and engine no9. And the riff on DE is almost the same than that heavy riff on WGTB.

ok it's not the same, but my unprofessional music ear think both riff have the same signature, same crunchy sound and arent really far from each other.

I personally wish steph didndt down tuned as much, but i still like it.

ok yeah, that's the terry date production. hes good with the guitar sound. this is a lil bit cleaner, but i think it does fit with the song. But it could be the shitty rip too.

I completely understand why a lot of you guys dont really dig the song.  It definitely is a new deftones sound.  I'd like to see them be more mellow and more melodic.  I know a lot of u guys want that old aggressive sound.  I think the album will have a good mix of heavy/melodic sounds on it.  I hope u guys can eventually enjoy Diamond Eyes as much as I am.  I think the song is great.
