lyrics/dont know a song help!!!!

okay, basically heard a song on the college radio station. Fairly noisy and punk-rockish, kinda similar to deer hoof. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if it were a deer hoof song, but I just cant find it in there discography. Basically, the chorus and the lyrics are something like, "if I try I think I can, if I think I can then I can!!!" over and over not screaming but pretty frantic. Its a really good song, and its chorus has been stuck in my head forever, help a brother out!
