need help with idea for a tattoo

i turn 20 on july 5th and i've been wanting to get a tattoo since forever. i've worked as a tattoo artist before and drawn (not on the skin though) tattoo designs for over 60 people that eventually got the tattoos done. i had an elaborate design for mine but i made that a year ago and i don't like it anymore, and i'm so blank i can't think of anything...

so, i needed help with an idea that i could build upon... the theme is something beautiful and sick/weird. like a bleeding rose petal etc... any ideas?
