The Indifference of Human Beings

..so I found this video today.. there's a car burning and the driver is stuck inside.. what annoys me most is the indifference of other drivers.. I assume this car did not have a extinguisher, and thankfully some people tried to help out in this terrible situation.

what is mostly intense for me is that just for those reasons of indifference my grandmother died - she had an insulin shock, and noone cared about her lying on the pavement - everyone thought she was drunk or something. and they just walked by and she just died there.

when did the people start not to care for the other human being at all?

Wow, that was horrible. why would you just stand around in that situation. If the car was already totally engulfed in flames i would understand their hesitation, but they had so much time to get the driver out before the flames reached him. Wasn't much they could have done with the other poor guy. Looks like he was already dead.
