In search of a certain Team Sleep "Ever" remix.... HELP

Someone please help me... I've been searching for literal YEARS for the "Ever" remix by Fabryka. The remix is called "Never (feat. Team Sleep)".

I don't believe they won, but that remix was absolutely beautiful.
