A reliable site to order a Mesa boogie or a soldano preamp?

I have been searching the net & the cheapest I could find was an amazon link of new at U$S1800. It unfortunately expired, so I'm back to the begginning again. In argentina the cheapest I found is Used for U$S3000 (which I can't pay, since my salary is about U$S1500. Basically, i'm hoping you enlighten me in the right place.
      I'm looking for somewhere that has a trustable international shipping policy and the like, plus if the money isn't hard on me it won't bite .
