How is kickboxing btw (feel free to PM me so we don't spam the thread) I'm starting it up on Saturday, I hear it's pretty intense.

- finishing up a paper/take-home exam
+ After tomorrow (or technically today) I am finished school for the year!
+ I get to hang with a buddy of mine
+ Friday I get to go out with a co-worker that's been long overdue
+ In a few days I'll have my first tattoo.

How is kickboxing btw (feel free to PM me so we don't spam the thread) I'm starting it up on Saturday, I hear it's pretty intense.

Kickboxing is amazing...one of the hardest workouts you can get. Def not for the weak. I do the cardio kickboxing for an hour 2 days and 30 minutes 2 days. The 30 minute class is more intense,and the hour class ends with a 20 minute ab session and cool down....aka internal bleeding. The first few times you do it you will be incredibly sore,so take some advil or aleve before you go to bed. Some people do it without bags,but we use them...I think it's better to take aggression out on them.   Just know your side,front and roundhouse kicks...your jab,cross,upper and hook punches...elbows,downward and side blocks,bob-weave....I think thats about it. Of course jumping jacks. I hate jumping jacks...boobs+ jumping jacks=ouch. Good luck,have fun,breathe and keep hydrated. Ooh...and don't eat 2/3 hours prior to class or you will puke. HAHA!!
