I find it odd that a boss says so to one of his employees. can't be fun to hear , and an employee who's depressed at work doesn't do a good job.if he wanted to be buddies there for a while, ok, but it's very counterproductive. he should think about what's best for business instead...a boss should get workers to grow, not have them stomped down in their shoes, which is the result when he or she handles their business that way

well balance is pretty important. this place have over 12000 members.. active or not, but i can only see two people doing the internet bad guy thing here (variable and poofing acid) ..that's not a good balance

I wouldn't say that Variable is doing the "bad guy" thing. He just loves to tease people intellectually and that's good enough for me. At least he is not judgmental and an ass generally. I know people in other boards that are like that - uneducated assholes.
