It is. I love the tempo of all the songs. Best record for sure. I love battle axe. Wish they played it live more often. I asked Stef about it a few years ago. He said he'd love to, but chino doesn't like to rehearse it.

I agree.  Self Titled is amazing.  So dark and haunting.  I saw someone describe the album as doomgaze.  Perfect description.  That along with White Pony and Diamond Eyes are my top 3.  Hopefully Gore makes its way in there.
